About Rosa Kelly Clay

Rosa is a native of Huntsville Alabama. She is the seventh of thirteen children born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Laurice Kelley Sr. She began singing, at the age of six, in the neighborhood church choir. She later sang with her family group, called the “Kelley family”, and her high school chorus. 
 
Rosa has completed a career in corporate America, raised a family, and now pursuing her lifelong dreams and goals, namely ministering through: singing and acting. Along side the pursuit of a career in the arts, she also loves to work with young children teaching them about the love of God. Rosa has a BS Degree in Business Management, and pursuing a second degree in Music Management.
 
She has voice training with Del Patrick at the Sue Hampton School of Music and Georgia State University under the direction of Elizabeth Rice. She currently studies voice at Georgia State University (GSU) with Amanda Stansfield, instructed by Dr. Kathryn Hartgrove. She is an active member and soloist with GSU Choral Union Choir.
